Have your device model and subscription details ready. Use the guide for the app installed on your device. Player licences and IPTV subscriptions are separate purchases unless your plan explicitly includes the player.

Set up a different player
- Open the app store on your TV or device and choose an IPTV player compatible with your model.
- Install it and find its option to add a playlist or sign in.
- Enter the subscription details exactly as sent to you. Keep passwords and private playlist links out of public messages.
- If the app asks for its own activation payment, read its terms first. Send us the app name and device model on WhatsApp if you need help.
App activation is separate from the IPTV subscription unless explicitly included. Annual plans include one year of IBO Player Pro; confirm the exact edition with us before buying a separate licence.
