Smartiptvflash provides IPTV subscriptions and help with compatible players. It is independent of the Smart IPTV app and the player developers named in these guides.
You can request a full refund within 3 days of purchase for the 1-month plan, 7 days for the 3-month plan, 10 days for the 6-month plan and 30 days for the 12-month plan. The window follows the paid subscription duration, including when bonus months are added.
Send your request to smartiptvflash on WhatsApp within the applicable period. Include the purchase date and order or payment reference so we can identify the payment. Do not include card security codes or account passwords.
This commercial guarantee does not limit any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. Separately purchased app licences follow the app seller’s terms. Ask us about the payment method and refund handling for your order on WhatsApp.
