IBO Player Pro: Setup guides
Have your device model and subscription details ready. Use the guide for the app installed on your device. Player licences and IPTV subscriptions are separate purchases unless your plan explicitly includes the player.
- Check the full app name on your TV. IBO Player and editions with Pro in the name may use different activation services.
- Install the exact edition offered for your device from its official store. Before paying for activation, ask us whether your annual plan includes that edition.
- Open the player and follow the device or playlist instructions it displays. Use the website shown inside that exact app rather than a similarly named search result.
- Add your provider’s playlist through the method shown by your installed edition. Keep any device key, password and private playlist link confidential.
- Return to the player, reload the playlist and open a programme. If the steps differ, send the full app name and device model on WhatsApp with private details hidden.
App activation is separate from the IPTV subscription unless explicitly included. Annual plans include one year of IBO Player Pro; confirm the exact edition with us before buying a separate licence.
