TiviMate: Setup guides
Have your device model and subscription details ready. Use the guide for the app installed on your device. Player licences and IPTV subscriptions are separate purchases unless your plan explicitly includes the player.
- Use an Android TV device. TiviMate’s official site says the app is designed for Android TV and is not optimised for phones or tablets.
- Open Google Play on the TV and find TiviMate. Use tivimate.com to confirm the official download if you need to check the listing.
- Install and open the player. Have the playlist details from your subscription provider ready; buying TiviMate alone does not supply TV content.
- Follow the app’s playlist setup prompts with the details provided for your subscription. Copy each value exactly and keep private playlist links out of public messages.
- Load the playlist and open a programme. If you need help, send your device model, app version and the on-screen message to smartiptvflash on WhatsApp.
App activation is separate from the IPTV subscription unless explicitly included. Annual plans include one year of IBO Player Pro; confirm the exact edition with us before buying a separate licence.
